Business users must be authorized representatives of their organizations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All content, software, graphics, text, images, logos, and materials on the Leadflowzy Solutions Inc. website and Services are the exclusive property of Leadflowzy Solutions Inc. or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Leadflowzy Solutions Inc. disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to mediation. Only if mediation is unsuccessful shall either party pursue litigation or arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed.
